This set of 2 knives (1x white and 1x black) from the 55 collection embodies a contemporary and sculptural aesthetic. Inspired by the legendary Enigma black diamond, the largest known black diamond in the world, with 55 asymmetrical facets and weighing 555.55 carats, it combines a rounded back silhouette with perfectly balanced linear facets.

Its bold design features a handle made of high-quality Polyacetal resin (FDA approved), offering a smooth, hygienic, and durable finish.

The blade, manufactured in Thiers from Sandvik 14C28N stainless steel, ensures precise cutting and optimal corrosion resistance. The carefully designed geometry provides remarkable ergonomics, ideal for tasting and everyday table use.

Elegant and modern, this collection brings a touch of contemporary originality while respecting the codes of French excellence.

Inspiré par l’Enigma, le plus gros diamant noir du monde aux 55 facettes et 555,55 carats, né il y a 3 milliards d’années, Francis Lepage a créé un couteau dont la ligne contemporaine et les facettes aux arêtes linéaires s’équilibrent parfaitement. En hommage à cette sculpture naturelle, il a été nommé « Le 55 ».
