Les couteaux sont entièrement montés, façonnés, surfacés et polis en France par des artisans couteliers passionnés.
Les lames sont découpées, trempées et taillées à Thiers, capitale française de la coutellerie.
Les demi manches sont ensuite collés et vissés au moyen des vis au design spécifique.
La mise en forme puis l'affleurage du manche sur la lame précède les opérations de finition pour aboutir au touché satin du manche.

Une réalisation exigeante\n

L'affûtage est la dernière opération réalisée par les couteliers avant que le couteau ne soit gravé avec les logos et les personnalisations.
Francis Lepage et son équipe ont adapté les équipements traditionnels de coutellerie pour la réalisation exigeante de certaines opérations propres au modèle.
